The National Association of System Administrators (NASA) has created three powerful, fully integrated case management systems powered by Java under the umbrella of NASATrack™ to give users at customer service centers, judicial entities and rehabilitation facilities a set of versatile, easy to use tools with superior search, scheduling and report capabilities specific to the challenges of managing their work loads.
- CALLTrack™, NASA’s call tracking software, offers customer service managers and representatives a complete contact center solution designed to track and respond to customer requests for service quickly and effectively. This responsive and versatile program has superior search functions to get customer information on screen immediately so customer service personnel can track open cases and generate reports with ease to guarantee that no minor customer issue falls through the cracks to escalate into a major one.
- CASETrack™, NASA’s judicial software, simplifies the workload of judicial entities by enabling city, county, state and tribal governments to fulfill all Federal and court administration requirements in a fully integrated case management/accounting system. This easy to use tool set can be utilized not only in the clerk’s and judge’s offices, but also in the prosecutor’s and probation offices. This versatile system recognizes an individual entity’s terminology and enables the user to design and run reports without opening a separate application.
- CARETrack™ , NASA’s rehabilitation software, gives hospitals, agencies and professionals providing rehabilitation services a powerful, flexible tool that responds effectively to the complex demands of scheduling, evaluating, billing and handling claims for a large caseload of patients in various stages of rehabilitation. At the same time, CARETrack manages multiple vendors for each patient on various billing cycles and produces management reports and statements with ease without going to a separate application.
NASA CALLView™ , CASEView™ and CAREView™ are Web-based interfaces to CALLTrack, CASETrack and CARETrack that can be used to view data on a protected intranet using controlled security. The data also can be published to an Internet site for viewing of non-confidential data. By encouraging Web-based direct access by individuals who need to know the status of orders or cases, NASA’s clients can free up personnel who ordinarily would be on the phone with these individuals so they can work on other projects. NASATrack clients’ busy customers and colleagues will appreciate the convenience of being empowered to access information about the status of their orders or cases without making another telephone call.
