NASA CASETrack™ is a case management system that provides the technology to automate all offices within tribal, county, state, and other judicial entities together in a state-of-the-art, 21st Century case tracking system powered by Java. This versatile system is designed to recognize and follow the terminology of the specific judicial entity, and will give the user the power to design the final forms that will display the data. Users may access all defined reports from within CASETrack and do not have to access another application to run them.

CASETrack will simplify the workload of many judicial officials throughout the country while satisfying all state, Federal and tribal requirements with NASA’s fully integrated case management system. CASETrack™ is a tool set that can be utilized not only in the clerk’s and judges’ offices, but also in the prosecutor’s and probation offices.

NASA CASEView™ is a Web-based interface to NASA CASETrack that can be used to view data on a protected intranet using controlled security. Or data may be published to an Internet site for viewing of non-confidential data. This easy-to-use interface allows judges, prosecutors, probation officers, law enforcement agencies, attorneys and public defender personnel the ease of a perceptive Web interface to the case histories and indexes.

Judicial functionality includes:

Interfacing with various governmental agencies for tasks such as electronic submission to license bureaus
Electronic submission of state and Federal tax warrants and satisfactions
Electronic submission of periodic case status reports

Modules include:

Judicial Management, which is used for quarterly reporting and docketing, and auto scheduling
Clerk’s Office, which is used for case initiation and maintenance, payment processing, disbursements and a fully functional bank reconciliation and 1099 processing
