NASA CALLView™, CASEView™ and CAREView™ are Web-based interfaces to CALLTrack, CASETrack and CARETrack that can be used to view data on a protected intranet using controlled security. The data also can be published to an Internet site for viewing of non-confidential data. By encouraging Web-based direct access by individuals who need to know the status of orders or cases, NASA’s clients can free up personnel who ordinarily would be on the phone with these individuals so they can work on other projects. NASATrack clients’ busy customers and colleagues will appreciate the convenience of being empowered to access information about the status of their orders or cases without making another telephone call.
